Terms of Service

Style It Padi is an introduction platform. We help people who want custom-made clothing discover fashion designers, tailors and seamstresses, and we give the two sides a place to talk. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a designer or a client.

We do not make, fit, deliver, inspect or guarantee any garment. We do not collect, hold, escrow or guarantee any payment you make to a designer. Pricing, deposits, deadlines, alterations, refunds and delivery are agreed strictly between the client and the designer.

A designer appearing on Style It Padi, including one marked as approved or featured, is not an endorsement, certification, background check, or guarantee of skill, licensing, insurance or availability. Please use your own judgment, ask questions, and agree terms in writing before paying anyone.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If the person the clothing is for is under 18 — for example a prom or graduation dress — a parent or legal guardian must create the account, hold it, and handle all communication, measurements and payments.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, that you will keep your password confidential, and that you are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at info@styleitpadi.com if you think someone else has access to it.

If you list as a fashion designer, tailor or seamstress, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to offer these services where you operate.
• Every portfolio image you upload is your own work, or work you have permission to display. You will not pass off another maker's work as your own.
• Your business name, location, experience, pricing and availability are truthful and kept up to date.
• You will handle client measurements, photos and contact details confidentially and only for the job at hand.
• You are solely responsible for your own taxes, licences, insurance and consumer-law obligations.

We may remove a listing, suspend an account, or reject a portfolio image at any time — including for misrepresentation, non-response to clients, abusive behaviour, or complaints we consider credible.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — photos, portfolio images, inspiration pictures, messages and reviews. You give Style It Padi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You can end this licence for a given item by deleting it, allowing for reasonable time for copies and caches to clear.

You must not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share. If you believe content on Style It Padi infringes your copyright, email info@styleitpadi.com with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details, and we will review and remove where appropriate.

Body measurements, photographs and contact details are sensitive. You choose when to share them with a designer. Once shared, that designer holds them directly, and how they handle them is outside our control. Only share what a job actually requires. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how to delete it.

The Style Builder generates AI illustrations from the options you pick. These are concept images, not photographs of real garments, and not a commission, quotation, or promise that any designer will make that exact piece. Fabric, fit, proportion and detail in a finished garment will differ.

AI output can be inaccurate or repetitive, and we do not claim exclusive rights in it for you — similar images may be generated for other people. Generated images and the style options behind them may be stored and shown publicly in the Style Gallery without your name or contact details attached.

Do not upload other people's photographs or copyrighted designs as inspiration, and do not use the Style Builder to imitate a specific brand's protected designs.

Keep conversations respectful and on topic. No harassment, spam, discrimination, scams, or attempts to move people off the platform in order to defraud them.

Reviews must come from a real interaction and reflect your honest experience. We may remove reviews that are fake, incentivised, defamatory, abusive, or posted by someone connected to the business. Designers may not review themselves or competitors.

Some features — such as Style Pass and credit packs — are paid. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Billing, Credits & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that any search will return a suitable designer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style It Padi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed events, or the cost of substitute services.

We are specifically not liable for any dispute between a client and a designer, including poor workmanship, late or non-delivery, wrong fit, unreturned deposits, or payments made off the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Style It Padi in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD 50).

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold Style It Padi harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your use of the platform, your content, your dealings with another user, or your breach of these terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting info@styleitpadi.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users, or use the platform unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive — content licence for already-published material, liability, indemnity and disputes — survive termination.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top, and for material changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved according to the laws of the country where Style It Padi operates, in the courts of that country. However, where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally, you may do so.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email info@styleitpadi.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
