Privacy Policy

• Account details — name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in readable form), phone number, and whether you are a client or a fashion designer.
• Profile and listing details — for designers: business name, location and address, years of experience, specialisations, pricing, social links and portfolio images.
• Body measurements — if you choose to save them, we store the measurement fields you enter along with height and weight. This is sensitive data and we treat it as such.
• Photos you upload — profile pictures, inspiration images, portfolio work, and images sent in messages.
• Messages and requests — conversations between clients and designers, job board requests, quotes, and invoices raised on the platform.
• Style Builder activity — the design options you pick, the prompts derived from them, and the images generated.
• Location — the city, state, country or postcode you enter or allow your browser to share, used to find designers near you.
• Usage and device data — pages viewed, searches run, approximate IP-based location, browser and device type, and, for signed-out visitors, an anonymous browser identifier.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor. We receive the subscription or purchase status, never your full card number.

• To create and secure your account and show you the right dashboard.
• To match clients with relevant designers and show search results.
• To deliver messages, job requests, quotes and invoices.
• To send service emails and, if you allow it, push notifications.
• To generate Style Builder previews and enforce credit allowances.
• To detect abuse, spam and fraud, and to keep the platform safe.
• To understand which parts of the product are used, in aggregate.

We use a small number of processors to run the service:

• A database, authentication and file-storage provider — hosts your account data, profile content and uploads.
• A payment processor — handles subscription and credit-pack payments.
• An email delivery provider — sends transactional and notification emails, and reports whether an email was opened or a link clicked.
• A push-notification provider — delivers notifications to your device or installed app.
• Analytics providers — measure which pages are used and how sessions play out, in aggregate and anonymised form.
• Our AI image provider — receives the text description built from your Style Builder selections to generate a concept image.
• Mapping and geocoding services — convert a place name or postcode into a location for distance matching.
• An internal team-communication tool — sends operational alerts to our own team. These alerts do not include your contact details.

We also share what you deliberately send: when you message a designer, that designer sees your first name, your message, and anything you attach. Designer public profiles are visible to everyone; client contact details are not, and are only revealed to a designer once you start a conversation with them.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Account, profile, message and measurement data is kept while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your profile, measurements, uploads and messages, keeping only what we must for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons (typically invoices and payment records). Aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics may be retained.

Wherever you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, and you may object to marketing at any time. If you are in the UK, EU/EEA, or a US state with a privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Virginia or Texas), you additionally have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion or portability, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Email info@styleitpadi.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

Data is stored with row-level access rules so users can only reach their own records, contact details sit behind restricted views, traffic is encrypted in transit, and admin functions are role-restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Style It Padi is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a minor's measurements or photos are needed for a garment, a parent or guardian must hold the account and provide them. If you believe a child has given us data, email info@styleitpadi.com and we will delete it.

Our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
